We are a local community club which has existed for over thirty years. Many of the current committee members and coaches have at one time or another been players at the club.  We are committed to providing excellent training and development of our young players.  We expect the highest possible standards of conduct from players, parents, coaches and committee members whilst representing Dearne and District with respect for all at the centre of our ethos.  The Club is aware of its responsibility and managers/coaches are continually looking to develop to meet the ever changing requirements of the local community.  All coaches are FA affiliated and possess appropriate training in order to deliver training requirements of the teams within our club. Local consultations with its members are on-going through a variety of formats, which includes Facebook, Twitter, one to one and club meetings as well as the weekly training schedules developed within top class training facilities.
